怎樣邀請(qǐng)客戶參加展會(huì)?怎么寫郵件?
1.制定一份參展產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介,最好對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行圖文并茂的簡(jiǎn)述
2.發(fā)放邀請(qǐng)函給客戶
3.展會(huì)當(dāng)天,最好有車輛接送、中午有午宴,提前準(zhǔn)備午宴過(guò)程中的議題
4.電話通知客戶展會(huì)的概況,并誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)客戶參加,告知客戶屆時(shí)將有XX業(yè)內(nèi)權(quán)威人士到場(chǎng),并且有XX專題的高峰論壇
5.郵件的撰寫,主要要表達(dá)誠(chéng)摯的邀請(qǐng)之意,并簡(jiǎn)要介紹展會(huì)的盛大概況。Tips,記得附上邀請(qǐng)函(因?yàn)楣镜娜藛T在上班時(shí)間外出、出差,必須要辦理出差或請(qǐng)假手續(xù),此邀請(qǐng)函可以幫助客戶順利到達(dá)展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)),郵件中最好寫明接待人員姓名及聯(lián)系方式。
參展的話主要從資料下手,搜集同類展會(huì)的會(huì)刊,媒體的雜志.因?yàn)檫@些客戶都是熟悉會(huì)展了的,你所做的就是找到負(fù)責(zé)人,把展會(huì)信息傳遞給他,然后客戶經(jīng)過(guò)了解后,才會(huì)選擇是不是參加你的展會(huì).
